Don Wildman from Mysteries at the Museum talking about the Moscow-Washington hotline. We went to the JFK museum in Boston and the Radio and TV museum in CT. It turns out there wasn’t a phone at all it was the Teletype. Sort of a Early fax machine for transmitting messages to and from Russia.
